KI attempts to photograph many of the wonderful moments and events that help make KI a fun and vibrant Synagogue and use them in a variety of brochures along with our website. It is our policy to exclude names of children any publication that is viewed by the public (members and non members) including but not limited to our website or any marketing brochure. However, names will be included in members only communication such as the KI Bulletin. If you do not want your picture and/or your child’s pictures used in any of our brochures etc. please complete thif form. If we do not receive the request to opt out, that will indicate that you approve of your pictures in our various publications.
